The smallest in the area, the Covington district operates three schools—one elementary school, one middle school, and one high school. The largest district in the area, Troy City operates 9 schools in the region, with a remarkable 97% graduation rate. Since the district is bigger, students have a wider selection of athletics and extracurricular activities. Additionally, over the past few years the district has been working with the state and a design firm to renovate old buildings and add new facilities to the campus—which is good news for both students and faculty.
